Not accommodating at all

The cottages were gorgeous, tucked in a wooded lot with a lovely infinity pool, yet the place felt shut down for the season. The water filters were empty, there was no toilet paper, showers were cold, and rubbish was everywhere. The main road and a truck yard next door made it noisy.

I had a very negative experience that didn't match what I expected when booking. From the first night I couldn't sleep because loud speakers next to the room produced constant, strong noise. On arrival I asked for the toilet to be checked because the water wouldn't drain, but I never got a response or a fix. By the second day the toilet paper was gone and there was no replacement in the room. The housekeeping never came. I also asked for the Wi‑Fi password, but only received it three days later, after I had already left. The bathroom issue was critical and, since it wasn't resolved, I had to leave and stay elsewhere to maintain minimal comfort. For all these reasons, the service was deficient and didn't match what was offered. I formally request a refund because the minimum conditions for a proper stay were not met.

The place was tranquil, but the shower pressure needs improvement.
