The property was exceptional, extremely clean, very quaint, and only a stone’s throw from the sea. It was very central with very few steps, unlike other towns that have a lot of steps, and I could not recommend Karmelitas property highly enough. Checking out at 10 am for Irish people is unfortunate, as we liked a little extra time.

I landed in the city center and was handed the top floor room, which offered stunning views of the entire bay. The bathroom was outstanding, the bed super comfortable, and every little detail was meticulously handled. Parking was included and only a two‑minute walk from the hotel, a decent spot even though it was on the outside. The night entrance felt a bit intimidating because the old town streets were narrow and empty, but we didn’t encounter any trouble. A church right next to the building rings its bells at 7 am for a while, which was a funny little surprise.

The location was fantastic, halfway between the beach on one side and all other amenities on the other. A private parking spot was nearby, the apartment was tidy and comfortable, and the host’s communication was excellent. I also praised the cleaning staff who offered to help with my luggage. This place is definitely a recommendation!
