The little pool was great and not crowded, and the jacuzzi in the room worked well. The brunch/buffet on the weekend was good and fairly cheap. However, the water temperature in the shower and jacuzzi was off, and there was noise from the street and the nearby sports field.

The staff were super friendly and the rooms were even better than the pictures, but nothing was a completely perfect experience.

Typical Mexican setup, excellent buffet breakfast in a very welcoming setting, but the rooms were small and somewhat dated.

What a fantastic place! Highly recommended! Your room was on the edge of a nice pool. The kids – and we too – had a great time! Nothing disappointed.

The service quality was great and the staff were very welcoming; at reception a young man listened attentively and helped us throughout the stay, but the hotel’s off‑centre location meant it was noisy in the evenings due to outside festivities.
