I really liked the quiet location surrounded by vineyards; the house was in top shape and very well maintained, really cozy and ideal for unwinding after a stressful day. Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

Ideally located near Trier, in a quiet area with endless walking routes; the cozy room had a private courtyard. I had hoped for more fresh fruit at breakfast, but that’s the only drawback.

A successful blend of tourism and winemaking; the reception was friendly, the accommodations were high‑quality, simple and tasteful. The quiet setting, comfortable but not too soft beds, and clean bathroom were all good. Breakfast and the restaurant were fine, portions were generous and the wines very drinkable. Overall the concept is coherent and captures the character of a rural wine region. The village of Longuich, close to Trier, still feels authentic despite rising tourism. From there, day trips such as cycling along the Mosel on well‑built paths are possible. Nothing to note.

The private cottage was beautiful, everything needed in a small space. I was pleasantly surprised by the cool temperature, even though it was well over 30 °C outside. The warm welcome, with a bottle of wine and water for the cottage, was appreciated. Breakfast was very good, a nice start to the day. We were a bit shocked by the bill for wine and water the day before – almost 30 € for a bottle of wine and water as guests of the house “To Go” in our cottage, that’s really not little. The outdoor seating furniture, despite cushions, is unfortunately not ideal for lingering.

The Winzerhäuschen are very well‑coordinated and feel different from the hotel rooms. The varied round walk through Sauerbrunnen/Seitensprung and the good food were highlights, but the smoky air from the forest fire in Belgium was a downside, though the smoke cleared overnight and only returned for a few hours the next morning.
