The hotel’s facilities are spectacular, and staff attention in all areas is exceptional; even if you can’t communicate well, they find a way to do it. The room is very nice, spacious, clean, and has a wide range of amenities. The restaurant and food are very tasty and varied, with both oriental and western menus. Everything was perfect.

Ilona, Funny, and the cleaning crew from the Shenzhen airport branch went above and beyond, showing real care for foreign guests. Their friendly attitudes broke the usual pattern of Chinese hotel staff who often exploit language barriers or even criticize guests to each other—a sad but common trend in China’s hospitality sector. Throughout my visit, Ilona was constantly available, handling baggage questions, guiding me through Chinese apps, and even arranging a room that felt close to home, which truly set this hotel apart. Thanks, Ilona, for always going the extra mile with personal support that made a real difference. The only downside was that emails sent to the hotel never received a reply.
