The breakfast was sufficiently varied and plentiful, but I’m used to warmer weather and the room stayed quite cool; I understand that large, high rooms can’t be kept very warm.

The place was cozy and quiet, and this time there were no other guests. It’s about 3 km from the center of Kite. The shared spaces are pleasant, including a mini‑kitchen and a grill available for use. The owner was enjoyable to talk with about the main building’s condition, which was handled with good judgment and professionalism while respecting the old structure. The courtyard was rather icy after spring (very dusty), but the situation improves quickly and the meltwater dries out.
