“Genial !”
The hotel is very clean and well‑located. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices. The staff are super welcoming and pleasant, especially Rein. Nothing to complain about.
“Geweldige ligging en top personeel”
The hotel’s spot was perfect for exploring Hanoi on foot, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff went out of their way to keep everything running smoothly, even packing a snack bag for us on a day trip. Next door there’s a spa that provides excellent massages; it’s pricier than the street‑level salons, but the extra cost was worth it for us. After a multi‑day outing we returned for one night and received a complimentary room upgrade. Breakfast was very extensive, with both Vietnamese and international choices. The only downside was that the shower in one of our rooms never got hot; we didn’t report it, but it probably would have been fixed.
“Hotel de bon niveau et bien situé pour visiter Hanoi”
A buffet breakfast was really good, and the staff spoke English so it was easy to communicate. The hotel’s location was convenient for exploring Hanoi. We booked a room with a window, but the first one we got was on a low floor, dark, and faced a wall. Luckily we were able to switch to a higher floor that had a nicer view.
The hotel is well placed in Hanoi, offers good value for money, and the staff are outstanding.
Central location, amazing staff, but the lift was small and we still had to climb one flight of stairs to reach the 11th floor.
