Nestled in a historic boathouse, Hotel Vita Serena sits just 20 m from Arma di Taggia’s sandy beach. Guests enjoy a buffet breakfast of homemade cakes, Ligurian sweets, fresh fruit, bread and jam, plus a seasonal veranda restaurant serving local cuisine. Rooms feature tiled floors, desks, flat‑screen satellite TVs, private bathrooms with hairdryers and complimentary toiletries.

Great welcome and location!

Super central, sea front, the building and room design are special, renovated while keeping the original shape, probably historic fishermen’s houses of Arma… Beautiful!

The location in the main square of Arma di Taggia and the breakfast offered are definitely noteworthy. The manager’s kindness is absolutely remarkable, although he could not alleviate the painful issues described below. Fine June 2026… the lack of an air conditioner turned a night into a nightmare. It was certainly the worst night of all of 2026. The temperature hit 32 °C and the only cooling was a table fan with a 10 cm fan blade. We had to open the windows, but the kebab shop next to the property and the kids running around at night kept us awake well past 3 a.m.: the central location that initially seemed an advantage turned into a disadvantage. You can’t sleep with the windows closed, and you can’t sleep with them open. The lack of parking is another drawback: we struggled to find a spot more than 1 km away. It’s not a place for relaxation, body or spirit. I’ll learn to use filters and flag “air conditioning” next time.

The location and owners are good. A few ants in the room, unfortunately.
