The staff are excellent, very observant and responsive. The hotel is modern and beautiful, very clean. The location is good, you’re within walking distance of many things. There are many restaurant options in the hotel and in the neighborhood. Nothing!

The room was surprisingly roomy for downtown Tokyo, which is a relief after staying in tighter places where you feel squeezed by luggage and shopping bags, especially on longer trips. The hotel’s facilities and rooms were kept in great shape, and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. It’s well‑connected to Roppongi Station on the Hibiya Line, so getting around was easy while still staying in a relatively quiet area. The only small gripe is that the nearest convenience store is a 7‑10 minute walk away.

The location is great. The staff are service‑oriented. Fantastic service and food/drinks at the French restaurant. There is no airport limousine bus to Haneda.

Not at all. Worse. The setup is very old—unpleasant. The bed head isn’t proper, and it’s not clean, with stains. It’s time for a refurbishment. The toilets are absurd.
