“Very nice”

I just spent a night here and it turned out to be one of the best spots in Trincomalee – everything was spot‑on. The rooms were super comfy, the bathrooms were spotless and the whole place felt modern and peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and the overall vibe blew my expectations out of the water. I’d definitely suggest this to families, couples or friends hunting for a solid stay. Nothing to complain about.

The place looked modern and was a solid option for large groups, close to all the sights. The owners and caretakers were friendly and helpful, and you could order meals or brew your own tea and coffee. The bathrooms had a strong odor, the room could have been cleaner, and there were still empty liquor bottles and bills from previous guests. There was no clothes rack, so I had no spot for dirty clothes. Still, it wasn’t a bad place and I’d recommend it to anyone.

I visited this place twice, and during both stays, I found it to be a convenient, safe, and pleasant place to stay, with an amazing service provided by the host named, Banu. She is incredibly hospitable, always going above and beyond to assist guests with a smile. Whether it was helping with requests or offering recommendations, her service was outstanding. I must mention the delicious Cardamom chai tea she makes – it’s absolutely perfect! When you place an order, you can count on Banu to deliver exactly what you ask for. Truly top-notch service that made my stay even more enjoyable. Value for money. 1. Ensure towels and sanitary products are readily available in the bathrooms. 2. A hot water system would be a nice to have for a more comfortable and convenient experience
