How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel sits close to the airport, which made traveling a breeze. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making the stay enjoyable overall. However, the AC unit sometimes felt a bit off, and the bidet’s water pressure was low—minor issues that could be fixed for a smoother experience.

Just a few meters from the airport, I had to be there at 4 am. It was also very close to many restaurants.

Being extremely close to the airport was a huge plus, and even though we arrived just after 1 am the staff were waiting for us. They responded promptly to all our messages, and when I asked them to hold my luggage the night before my second stay they gladly did, which let me explore Naga‑Lacott and Baktapur unburdened. The area around the inn is packed with exchange counters, eateries and shops, so we never ran short of anything.
