The bed and sheets were fantastic, the lobby and bar were very comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly, and the location was excellent, but on one day my daughters' room was left uncleaned.

It was comfortable and pleasant.

The hotel décor feels fairly new and they even give free apples to guests, but the room was a bit cramped and dusty around the furniture and fixtures like the lamp.

The room was pleasant, the whole hotel was pleasant, and it was well‑located for walking into the tourist area and enjoying it, but when I asked them to arrange a few items for my partner's birthday they charged extra, which I hadn't seen in other hotels; aside from that, it's a nice hotel and we'd happily return.
