The location was very nice, quiet and well maintained. We were greeted with great friendliness and willingness. The spot is strategic and all beach areas are easily reachable. I recommend considering this place. I highly recommend it!

The facility was wonderful, set in the Plemmirio. The location was perfect with essential services nearby, just 2 minutes from a bakery/pizzeria that serves fantastic breakfasts, great pizzas, and a hot lunch. Any part of the Plemmirio can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The spot is convenient for Syracuse and Ortigia as well as for Noto and Avola. We appreciated the quiet and calm of the area even during the Ferragosto week, perfect for a few relaxing days with the pool. Finally, the owner was extremely kind, very friendly, and offered advice on parking, restaurants, and beaches; always ready for any request. Everything was perfect.

It was calm and functional, and the pool was a real plus during the hot weather, located close to Syracuse and Noto.

The host was very friendly, helpful, available and kind; Carmelo was just great! The accommodation is a bit sparse, but it’s enough for two people. A small bakery/bar with fresh brioche for breakfast and a to‑go lunch is a 10‑minute walk away. Getting to several beaches by car takes between 5 and 15 minutes.
