We were on the upstairs floor while the owners stayed downstairs, so we could hear them talking loudly and using bad language. It wasn’t very respectful of the upstairs guests.

It’s centrally located but quiet, a peaceful spot near restaurants and the beach. All beds have mosquito nets and each room has a fan. One of the fans barely blew air, the others were fine.
The location is great, the price is unbeatable, the place is spacious and the owner is very pleasant. The soundproofing is poor because the owners live below – the shared staircase in the kitchen doesn’t stop noise, but it still doesn’t ruin the stay.
