“Fantastic staff, however requires improvement”

The staff were friendly and the location convenient, but the hotel lacked WiFi, card payment options, and the pool was dirty.

“Great service”

I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who loves nature and a peaceful setting; the location is gorgeous, surrounded by greenery, and the staff were extremely friendly, kind, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome; the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent, so we had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.
