“My 2 sons and I stayed there for a weekend event in the convention center, just a mile away.”

This was a very clean and quiet unit. It had everything available and a very comfortable bed. Took us 15 minutes scenic walk to get to the stadium. The host was very communicative and kind. I would definitely recommend this place. You will be comfortable and close to everything Downtown. It was all good. Nothing to complain about

The front yard was a mess of trash and mattresses leaning against a truck, and the side yard, supposedly for pets, was littered with trash and 5‑gallon Home Depot buckets.

I like absolutely nothing about this Booking. I did not like that it said that the property was pet friendly and when I went to check in and let them know how many pets I had informed them I have 2 service dogs and they said that the property only accommodates one pet but it does not specify inside the a booking anywhere that they only accommodate 1 pet And also the fact that my dogs are both of registered service dogs Should have made An exception So they refuse for me to stay there when I requested a refund of my money they refused to refund me my money and kept my $93 that I received nothing for

It’s secluded, so no one will bother you; the owner helps you find it and the place has everything you could realistically need for a night or two.
