The staff are absolutely amazing and helpful, but it wasn’t the best hotel, to be honest. It wasn’t clean enough.

I liked how close the hotel is to the Haram, with 24‑hour shuttle service, and the nearby restaurants and shops. The only downside was the lack of parking.
