“It is more horrible than a prison. Better to sleep on footpath than in this building”

The hotel offered no breakfast, claiming there was no facility for it even though I had paid. The entire building and all rooms felt like a mortuary, a completely disgusting place.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was initially pleased with the room's paint job, which looked well-maintained. However, my excitement was short-lived as I soon discovered that the room was dirty, and the pillows were in an unimaginably dirty state. It was quite a letdown, especially considering the initial impression.

My stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. The lack of facilities in the room, such as towels and soap, was frustrating, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in providing these basic amenities. I had to ask for them multiple times, and even then, they were provided begrudgingly. To make matters worse, there was no heater in the room, which made for a chilly stay, especially during the winter months. The linens were also dirty and in need of a wash.
