How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Good location, clean, staff friendly. The hot water boilers are off by default and you have to ask to have them turned on. They advertise breakfast included, but it’s only fruit and bread; if you want eggs you have to pay extra. The restaurant discount isn’t automatic; you must request it and show your keychain. I suggest better service and communication between the bar‑restaurant (great if you go there) and the accommodation.

I love how close everything is to 5th Avenue.

The place is clean and the location is perfect if you want to walk along 5th, so the noise is unavoidable. However, several photos show a small pool that doesn't exist, and the reception staff were not very courteous.

Everything was great, and the room was big. The only downside was the loud music coming from the restaurant downstairs.
