The accommodation was clean and functional, and the location was easy to find, but there was no communication from the staff despite six missed calls; we couldn’t locate the key box with our name, and the breakfast we had booked the next morning was missing because the venue was closed, forcing us to leave without it. The room was tidy but lacked soap, shower gel, and toilet disinfectant, so keeping it that clean felt ruined by the poor logistics and lack of communication.
