A charming place right in the heart of Cerro Conception, surrounded by bars, cafés, and restaurants that are close enough to be convenient yet quiet enough to relax. The lady who manages it is incredibly helpful, and the breakfast served in the room is good. The rooms are a decent size, cleaned daily, and come with flowers. Nothing else to note.

Quiet. The owner tried to make us pay VAT, and when we refused by providing legal texts, she then demanded we pay for parking that was supposed to be included. The breakfast was terrible: instant coffee, artificial juice, no dairy, no fruit, no cold cuts… the worst experience I've had.

The room was very comfortable and you could rest very well. Everything was immaculate and the breakfasts from Anita were the best thing in life. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.
