The service and flexibility were exceptional: even though the owners were on vacation, our booking was accepted and an extra room for two friends was arranged immediately; the owners and partner made a delicious salad for us because everything in the village was closed, creating a very warm atmosphere; we had an unforgettable evening with the owner of this lovely family business (with a riding stable); the breakfast was included, generous, and we even got to take some home; the rooms were simple but clean and tidy. The remote location outside the village is great for those seeking peace, but be aware that nearby amenities may be limited. During our road trip via inner routes with Memmingen as a day destination we ended up at Landgoed Fohlenhof, which turned out to be a hit; the personal attention, warmth, and huge flexibility of the family made it an unforgettable address and a must‑visit where you feel right at home.

This stay was enchanting for me: a very cozy country‑house room with heart and passion, I felt at home like with my parents; after a late arrival there was a welcome from the kitchen, and the breakfast was lovingly prepared, tasty with homemade jam and fresh rolls; everything was clean and neat, and I will definitely return to visit these lovely and fun people again. ❤️
