The location is fine, but being on the top floor with luggage and no lift was a hassle.

The house is great, the room is large and comfortable, and breakfast is excellent, but the parking is a little far.

The place was clean, located well, and the staff were friendly.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, yet the address on the website says 393 State St., which points to the admin area and breakfast, while the actual rooms are at 399 State, a nine‑story apartment building. Breakfast only included cereal, bagels, muffins, and hard‑boiled eggs—no hot dishes. We were charged an extra $10 for parking, a fee we weren’t told about until the bill appeared, and overall nothing matched what the website presented.

The property itself was cool; the downstairs foyer was lovely, the kitchen where they served a simple breakfast and coffee was very clean and modern, and the outside gardens were beautiful. Parking was available a block away in a locked outdoor lot. We booked the main property but ended up in a building a few doors down, which was fine.
