The spot is convenient, but the breakfast isn’t included and the $12 charge feels unjustified. The room smelled bad, didn’t match the photos, and faced other windows. A pigeon flew into the room and I spent the night with a dirty bathroom, no chance to change rooms or get a discount. The shower door opened inward, making it hard to enter or exit. Front‑room guests kept shouting loudly, almost as if they were in my room. The only bright spot was the location.
