It’s a half‑block from the metro exit, which is very convenient for getting around the city. They have good heating in winter, though the bathroom isn’t heated and is freezing in the mornings. It was our first time in Seoul, and we could move around the city quickly without staying in the center. However, it’s a passing motel, not a tourist hotel. The walls are extremely thin and everything is audible. The couple next door had sex several times at night and always woke us; we could hear everything they said, the hits, the moans—like we were with them. We pressed on the wall and they didn’t care. We complained the next day, and they said they would change rooms, but they stayed in the same room for three more nights! We were woken up every night during our three or four stays at that motel—an absolute nightmare for sleep.

I booked this place to catch a concert at the Gaoyang Sports Hall, and the spot is spot on—just a 3‑minute walk from Exit 1 of Yanxin River, and a 12‑minute ride on the GTX‑A straight to KINTEX where I can hop on a shuttle or bus. If I prefer the subway, Line 3 takes an hour to reach Daeha Station. The bathroom is spotless and huge, and the room smells fresh; I could even fold a 24‑inch suitcase in it. I used the self‑check‑in kiosk and never ran into staff, which was a nice touch, and checking out was just a matter of following the machine’s prompts. The only downside was that the room has a window but no natural light, so I had to keep the lights on. I could only check in at 19:00, so arriving earlier might be a problem, and it seems there’s an extra charge for luggage storage—worth asking about that.

The place is only 200 m from the metro, and it’s in a neighborhood where most locals live, so the price is very reasonable and the staff are friendly and clean. The rooms were tiny, and they let you check in late, but if you want to get in before the hour you have to pay for the extra hour.

The hotel was very easy to check into. The location was SUPER near the subway station (Yonsinnae station exit 1). Maybe 100m apart. And i do think that the location is safe. Even though I check in around 8:30pm, the alley looked safe and well lit. I wish more hotels in Korea (in general) would provide normal human sized towels. I'm not sure if it's just a Korea thing, but their hotels only provided what I would call a 'face towel'. One more thing, since the location is next to an alley, you may be able to hear people talking or vehicles passing by. But other than that, this hotel is amazing!
