The location, reception, cleanliness, breakfast and everything else were all meticulously taken care of; the staff were attentive and brilliant.

The place is in a great spot and everything was spot‑on.

The rooms are spacious, the hotel sits right in the centre near Chiaia, and the value for money is unbeatable; the breakfast, however, didn’t match my taste, was very small, and the overall feel doesn’t quite reach four stars.

The only bright spot was the corridor’s nice décor, something other operators also offer, but the rest was a disaster. Our stay was a total let‑down: arrival felt like an escape room, we had to find everything ourselves; parking was non‑existent on site contrary to the information, and the next day we were rudely directed to a parking garage costing €40 per day. Reception had no staff, only overworked temp workers trying to prepare breakfast; the breakfast itself was terrible with no fresh items. The room and hygiene were awful: the bathtub was non‑functional, the tap sprayed in all directions with barely any pressure, and the toilet was dirty. The bed was hard as a rock, the sheets were unclean and had an extreme chlorine smell. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to guests; not recommended.
