My stay at the Helmet Hotel in Brussels was a disaster - the room was disgusting and clearly hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained. I complained to the hotel and tried to get a response, but no one seemed to care.

I liked the bed, but that's about it - I had some concerns about staff respecting guests' privacy, the room wasn't spotless, and the safety equipment wasn't working properly.

Unfortunately, my hotel room was a total disaster - it was dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke, and was freezing cold. Needless to say, I wasn't impressed.

The bed was comfy, but that's about where it ended - the room was dirty, cramped, and had a bunch of maintenance issues. Not exactly what I was hoping for.

The concierge at this hotel was really friendly and helpful, but my room was a letdown - it felt pretty grimy and the windows were super thin, so I could hear everything going on outside. Plus, there were a few maintenance issues that were annoying.
