Clean and luxurious establishment. The bedding is very comfortable, and the hotel offers a magnificent view of the golf course. The staff listens to requests and is very friendly. A special shout‑out to Mr. AMR at reception, who is very professional and wonderful! 😊

The staff were the friendliest I've ever met, each one attentive, kind, and incredibly warm. We felt very comfortable and everything was taken care of, from special requests in the room to doctor and pharmacy visits when needed, taxi arrangements, food, and more. The pool is huge, and you always get a comfortable lounger in the shade. Food at the pool bar, as well as the breakfast and dinner buffet, is delicious with a wide selection, even suitable for vegetarians. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are also roomy. The hotel feels a bit “old‑fashioned,” but still within an absolutely acceptable range; we noticed minor details, but nothing that made the stay unsafe or worse. If you want a hotel by the sea, you might want to avoid Steigenberger because you’re taken by bus, although that works fine.

Everything at the place is beautiful and wonderful. The rooms are lovely, clean, and equipped with everything you need thanks to the hotel staff. They’re all very nice. The food is above average, diverse, and has a very distinctive taste. It was a wonderful stay overall.

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had! Our honeymoon at Steigenberger Makadi was absolutely amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming—you really feel like part of a family, not just a guest. A special thank you to Mr. Mosbah at reception for his kindness, professionalism, and amazing service. There is nothing I didn’t like.
