Breakfast was good. The receptionist started telling us to leave the room before the agreed 2 pm checkout time; she began at just before 1 pm and insisted we move out. When I tried to explain that the app said we could stay until 2 pm, she was rude and cut me off. She then sent someone to the room to force us out, so we finally left around 1:30 pm. The rest of the staff had no complaints.
