Parking was a nightmare—trying to park left my car scratched by branches, the room was filthy, bedding stained, the floor unclean and I had to mop it myself, and the Kleenex dispenser was empty. I never felt safe inside or outside the property.

The sheets were soft and clean, and the shower delivered strong, hot water, but my room had a bad odor, there was no coffee maker, and breakfast arrived too late for me to enjoy it.
