The stay at Carmen's house was fantastic; the girls treated me like family, the breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is under ten minutes from Plaza de Armas. The facilities are very modern, so if I return to Cusco I’ll definitely book here again. Thanks a lot, just wish I could stay longer!

Comfortable space with very helpful staff, close to the central square in Cusco. The hotel sits on a slope that cars can’t reach, so you have to climb the hill with your luggage and then ascend stairs to get inside. The room lacks heating, but they did provide a portable heater that eased the chill a bit.

The room was spotless, breakfast tasty, and the shower had hot water. What really made the visit memorable were the people who cared for me; as a solo traveler dealing with altitude sickness, the owners checked on me, helped me get the medical care I needed, and even sent updates while I was in the hospital. I truly appreciate their support and can’t recommend them enough.

The warmth of the ladies’ humanity touches the heart. Mrs. Alejandra cared for my kids as if they were her own, and they felt it too. I’m so glad I chose them; they’ll leave a lasting impression on anyone who comes, and it will be one of the fondest memories of Peru. Big hugs, and as my child said, we must definitely return!
