The spa area was awesome, I never saw it get crowded at all.

The park and the view from the hotel were great, but the room was missing a small fridge for the price.

The location, architecture, walk, and art throughout the walk were positives, and the breakfast was very good. The reception staff were not very communicative, and we didn’t realize we had no access to the pool after 12noon on the day of departure, so we were denied access when we asked to swim at 11.45 on that day. There was no restaurant, which was really disappointing; one restaurant was full and the other closed. I’m not sure what they expected us to do if we hadn’t had a car!!!
