The location was convenient for sightseeing, but the room right in front of the elevator had a poorly insulated door, making it noisy when people passed by.

The room was small but new and clean, the TV and internet were great, and the pocket for jewelry and a button for clothes was a very creative and useful touch; breakfast was tasty and affordable. The soundproofing wasn’t very good.

We stayed in a huge family suite that included a complimentary 30‑minute massage for one person, a extensive breakfast buffet in a beautiful dining room, and the place is right next to the centre and the night market; when the toilet wouldn’t flush we went to reception and they fixed it instantly, and the Crazy House in the city is definitely worth a visit.

The staff were friendly, although I booked a room with a balcony and the one I got didn’t have one, and the bed creaked so I couldn’t sleep; the next day I asked the front desk for a room change and they sorted it, the place was clean and comfortable, but the buffet offered too few dishes, and an uncomfortable bed ruined an entire night for the guest.
