At first I thought, “Oh no!” because there was a passing balcony with a full ashtray right by my window, not a protected area. Then I realized the room was very quiet thanks to its courtyard location. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Unfortunately the room was very cold and the radiator in the bathroom didn’t work, nor could it be fixed. I could have been given another room, but they couldn’t guarantee the radiator would work and that room would have been noisier because the windows faced the street. Also, the room wasn’t completely clean when I arrived: there was a crumpled, stained block in the room and all the informational sheets were already worn out. In the bathroom the radiator, mirror and tiles were also not fully clean. The reception was unfortunately semi‑professional and poorly trained. When I returned the stained block, the man simply said, “Ah! Okay!” During the greeting he was already looking into his folder and had no eye contact. The way the staff handled the radiator issue was odd and didn’t make me feel at ease.

The breakfast was amazing, and the outdoor area was beautiful to relax in. The sauna was amazing. Mina at the front desk was so hospitable that I felt welcomed and at home. It’s located right downtown, within walking distance of everything.
