“No es un hotel de 4 estrellas.”
The location is good, but the cleaning was poor and the bathroom maintenance was lacking.

The room was fine for a hotel that advertises itself as 4‑star, but it started to look dated. The bar staff were rude and not what you’d expect from a 4‑star place. After a busy day I wanted a coffee in the afternoon, asked if they served coffee and they said yes. I sat at a large table, but the smaller tables only had tiny seats that weren’t suitable for someone 1.87 m tall. A staff member told me to move to a smaller table to free the large one. Only two other people were in the very large room. I wasn’t happy, and then the “boss” at the bar shouted at me, saying they needed the larger tables free if people arrived. I reluctantly moved. They took a long time to bring the coffee even though no one else was ordering. The room stayed empty for a while. This was rude and not how I expected to be treated in a hotel.

The location and the room with sea views are great, but the dining service isn’t available every day. In a hotel of this category that shouldn’t be the case.
