Unfortunately, the manager's demeanor was quite off-putting, which left a lasting impression on my overall experience. However, the pleasant interactions with the room service staff made up for some of the disappointment.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at a hotel that fell woefully short of my expectations. While the pillows were a redeeming quality, providing a comfortable resting place for my head, the rest of my experience was marred by numerous issues. The towels and washcloths were in a deplorable state, with tangled hair and a dingy beige color that made them look like they belonged in a thrift store.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a series of unfortunate events. The staff were extremely rude and seemed to be at odds with each other, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. To make matters worse, the hotel's customer support was lacking, and I felt like I needed to close my account with them.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the location was convenient, allowing me to walk to work. However, my room was a letdown - the drawers were filthy, with a dirty shirt and a half-empty shower gel bottle inside, and the toilet kept running all day and night. The shower was also poorly maintained, with most of the water pouring out of the bathtub spout, and the toiletries provided were minimal, consisting of two face and body soap bars that broke easily.
