“Excellent resort but food disappointing”
The location and facilities were good, but the food didn’t match the level of the property.
Location and ambience. The following were not working at the family suite, the WiFi and both the plunge pool and the Jacuzzi on the rooftop
Villas were spacious enough. My family and I were given a room next to a group who were very noisy, reported incident after the first night but nothing was done… we questioned the criteria that Sarova uses to place their guests. We couldn’t sleep the entire holiday, children were tired and wanted to go home after the first night. We were and still are so disappointed, considering the fact that the stay cost us almost 3000USD, we deserved a better stay
The view was great, but the food, location and staff didn’t live up to what they promised.
The food was amazing. A lot of choices to pick from. The access road from Nanyuki town to the hotel location
