We liked the colonial style of the hotel, and the staff helped us retrieve our belongings; thanks to them. Nothing else.
The location was perfect and the colonial building was beautiful, and the breakfast was lovely. However, there were problems at check‑in: our booking wasn’t correctly registered even though we had confirmation, so we didn’t get the requested rooms next to each other. The 3‑person room was separated by a door from another room where people were watching TV, which made it very noisy and difficult to sleep.

The hotel sits right in the heart of Giron, housed in a colonial building that’s full of plants and gives off a unique vibe. My room was roomy, had a balcony, and was super comfy. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were genuinely helpful, even assisting us with transport for a special event. The only hiccup was that the main entrance was mostly closed, so we had to ring the bell, and they could have given us keys that opened the main entrance—just a minor annoyance.
