Everything was fine, but I need your help and support. Please, see the email I have already sent to the hotel. Dears, Hopefully this email finds you well. Thank you very much for providing your service during our stay at your hotel this week. As I have already requested the reception desk guys during our check-out, we need the Invoices after completing our accommodation at the hotel. The guys promised to do it but nothing happened yet. We need Invoices to prepare our reimbursement statements in order to get a compensation of what has been spent to be covered by the government. Please, arrange the Invoice for two persons: 1. The place is in a good spot, the staff are friendly, and the room is comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but new items appeared on the buffet every day and the service was excellent. Nothing else to note. It offers good value for money, basic but clean and convenient.

I was quite pleased with my stay at this hotel, mainly due to its proximity to the immigration medical building. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and its city center location made it easy to get around. However, I felt that the breakfast options could have been improved, and the prices seemed a bit steep for the service provided.

The hotel's location was one of its best features, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended for me. The rooms needed a serious update, especially the beds which were incredibly firm, and we had to change rooms due to the discomfort. To make matters worse, the bar across the street was extremely loud and disrupted our stay.

“Mittelmaß”

While the hotel's location was decent and the rooms were relatively clean and comfortable, I was underwhelmed by the overall experience, which felt like it was just average. What really let it down, however, was the staff's lack of motivation, which made our stay feel uninviting.
