There is a huge construction site in front of the building, and nobody mentioned it—what a shock!

There is no staff on site, making it unsuitable for contractors, and the hotel is in a catastrophic state.

The location is actually nice, right on the water, but the price‑performance ratio is off—Tegernsee or not. A gigantic construction site sits directly in front of the hotel, the bathrooms are old with many silverfish, the corridors are extremely noisy and full of children, staff are not always friendly, privacy was not taken seriously—keys with names were left on the reception desk, no response from the staff when I asked for a proper invoice, and I had to request a detailed bill.

The place is well‑situated and the self‑check‑in works, but only filtered coffee is offered; a fully automatic machine would be better, and the front‑door PIN frequently failed.
