The hotel sits right in the heart of the city. The bathroom light didn’t work, and even after telling reception the issue stayed unresolved. The air‑conditioning unit was poorly functioning because the filters were clogged.

The staff were very friendly. I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness of the room.

During the World Cup the TV was out across the entire hotel for all three days, and they claimed they didn’t know how to fix it. There’s no spot in the bathroom to leave toilet paper or a towel holder, and the toilet cistern is broken.

This place gets a big thumbs up from me. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the whole atmosphere was really welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff at this hotel were absolute angels - they were so friendly and made us feel right at home. If it wasn't for them, we'd have been stuck in our room all day. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience wasn't quite so smooth. The heating didn't work, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and the shower was either freezing or scalding hot - it was like playing a game of roulette every time you got in. And don't even get me started on the state of the towels - they were like old rags.
