The location was perfect and easy to reach by car; we could start straight on the slope after breakfast, no ski bus needed. The bathroom, however, had a strong vinegar smell and the water never got hot—always lukewarm to cold—and the towels were tiny and hardly absorbent.

The location was 100 % spot on, right under the lift, so we could go straight from breakfast onto the slope, which was exactly what we wanted. The breakfast itself was fine and the restaurant served good Czech cuisine. In the room there was no place to sit besides the beds, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t reach the room, but since we were mainly there for skiing, that wasn’t a big issue.

The location was perfect, the staff very friendly and the food good. We’ve been coming for a weekend for several years. Unfortunately the hotel feels a bit dated; the ski cellar needs a serious renovation and a Tockner for the ski boots should be installed.

The location is the real highlight and breakfast was acceptable, but the facilities and ski room left a lot to be desired. Still, for two nights it was okay. The room and ski room should be urgently upgraded; I didn’t have high expectations because I’d experienced similar places in the area.
