Great breakfast and warm welcome.
They fulfilled all my requests and, being just a few hundred metres from the Mugello circuit, it was exactly what I wanted. Since I’ve been here several times before, I have nothing to point out.
Carla was very friendly. I arrived with a severe headache and she immediately gave me a painkiller. She was also very accommodating during check‑in, even though it was past the scheduled time. The lack of internet causes some trouble if you’re traveling for work.

The place looks beautiful and sits right next to the Mugello circuit; the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. I liked having a water bottle on the bedside table and the bathrobe, which was handy since the bathroom was shared in the hallway. The room didn’t have air conditioning but there was a fan. Breakfast was decent, though it consisted of packaged items. The lady was very kind, discreet, and welcoming, and she let me store my motorcycle in the courtyard. Overall, a very positive experience and I definitely recommend the property. The broken mosquito net on the window, combined with the lack of a cooler, made for a miserable situation with the insects.
The price and the family‑run management were solid. Nothing special to note. A room air conditioner would have been nice, but the fan worked fine for me (I’m not a very demanding guest).
