The welcome was warm, the staff took care of our lunches and especially accommodated one of our dietary needs. They helped carry our luggage because there was no elevator. Nothing to report.

Everything worked wonderfully. The staff were incredibly dedicated and very friendly, which alone earns 10 points. I traveled by public transport and the train station was within a short reach. The breakfast was excellent. I would book this hotel again.

A beautiful old house in the town centre of Samedan, shops and public transport are very easy to reach on foot. The staff were friendly, the breakfast very good, and the value for money in the region was exceptional.

The place is very central, a great starting point for hikes, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the view lovely. The room had a small window, so it felt a bit dark, and there was no lobby, terrace, or garden with comfortable armchairs.
