“Regular”
Location and staff friendliness were good. Major maintenance issues: wardrobe door fell, missing drawer in a dresser, no toilet paper holder in the main bathroom, dirty curtains, worn furniture, no lights on the bed frame in the main room, kitchen sink blocked and leaking underneath, ice maker not working, missing chair at the room desks, no bath mat in two bathrooms, torn and old towels. The worst was that they promised to fix the sink and never did. It's a private rental, so the hotel has no control.
