“Bonne situation”
Excellent location… close to the two train stations of Castellammare di Stabia and to the beach. The apartment is quite large with nice rooms. The host’s welcome was very warm, and it’s nice to have a real person to associate with a name and a real contact. The windows don’t offer views, and the one in the bedroom faces the garage exit, so it can be noisy when the shutters are opened.
Close to the sea and the promenade. Shops nearby. Parking and transport.
“Dreadful”
The place was awful and posed a serious hygiene risk, though the location was good. When we arrived, the hygiene was terrible: the baby cot was covered in urine and mould, the bathroom smelled like sewage, and the beds were bent and uncomfortable. The floor was dirty with black socks, and cracked tiles nearly sliced our foot open. We had to move out after a few hours. The host ignored us, forcing us to dispute the issue directly. AVOID!!!
“Feels like home at Casa William!”
Great spot and, most importantly, an amazing host, Guglielmo! He ensures a smooth arrival and is reachable anytime. Breakfast and coffee were excellent, and the location is perfect for visiting Amalfi and Positano by train or ferry. It’s a 10‑minute walk to the station and a 25‑minute taxi ride to Naples airport. In short, a fantastic experience and highly recommended! The beach is free and just a 4‑minute walk from the house. Air conditioning is available.
“Grazie Casa William! Tutto perfetto!”
I booked a “Last Minute” stay and everything was flawless—courtesy, professionalism, and perfection. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, and tidy in every room. It sits in the center, just steps from Castellammare di Stabia’s beach promenade and close to public transport. A big thanks to Guglielmo for being hospitable and available for any need or request. Highly recommend and will definitely return.
