The staff were extremely attentive, even fixing our water issue promptly one evening.

The location is outstanding, the house is well kept, and there are leisure common areas. I couldn’t speak to the staff beyond a WhatsApp exchange. What disappointed me were the difficult accesses for older guests—there are many stairs, even to reach the bathroom in the room, so I should have checked that beforehand.

The check‑in and check‑out were super simple, and everything from arrival to departure felt calm and relaxed, making us feel very comfortable. We stayed four nights, spent the mornings exploring the beautiful surrounding area, and enjoyed evenings in Alcaraz; I can’t find anything to criticize. The value for money was excellent.
There was no hot water and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work.
