The spot is great, spotless, with self‑check‑in and free water, coffee, and a shared kitchenette. Just be careful at check‑in: if you want an extra card you have to print it right then—later it’s impossible.

The value for money is solid, and I really appreciate the laundry, dryer, coffee shop, and other conveniences; the room is small but cozy and very clean. It was a bit hard to spot when we arrived, as it’s not very visible.

The location is super convenient, with a restaurant, CU, 7‑11, Olive Young, and the like on the ground floor. The only downside is the restaurant smell on the first floor, but that’s unavoidable given the spot.

Convenient spot, easy to get to, cool and clean. The bathroom had some stains.

The place was fantastic, but the rooms are tiny yet clean and comfy. The AC unit sits right above the bed in the ceiling, and without a night or quiet mode we had to use earplugs to sleep.
