Availability. I should have know from the minute I walked into the office. The office was so dirty and full of what seemed like junk. A small area to walk in and sign-in. The smell wasn’t great neither. Bathroom was super small. We didn’t even have enough towels. A family of 5 and only 2 towels in all of the room. Good thing we travel with extras just in case. Was super dusty like it hadn’t been used. Ac did not even cool the room because of its location. But most importantly, my daughter and grandbaby were bitten all over by something. They slept in one bed and both received these bites. We only slept a few hours and left
