The spot was perfect, right by the freeway and close to restaurants and the airport, but I missed breakfast because I had to leave before 6:30 am and there were no extra pillows for my son.

“Bad management”

Handicapped parking was available, yet the TV never worked during my 2‑night stay despite multiple reports to the front desk, and the Kerig coffee bar stayed empty and never got new cups or pods the next day.
